How it works

From business profile to ready-to-use plan

Seven stages. Every submission goes through the same pipeline — safety check, context analysis, AI generation, quality validation, and channel strategy. Here's exactly what happens and why.

The pipeline

Stage by stage

Each stage builds on the previous one. No stage is skipped — every submission goes through all seven.

01

Safety Check

Stage 1

Every submission is validated before any AI processing begins.

  • All fields are checked for reasonable length and completeness
  • Input is scanned for injection attempts or content that could confuse the AI
  • An AI moderation layer reviews content for appropriateness
  • If anything looks off, you get a clear error — and the attempt is not counted against your quota

Why this matters

This protects both the system and your quota. You'll never burn a free analysis on a bad submission.

02

Business Context Analysis

Stage 2

Your structured inputs are translated into marketing-relevant signals using deterministic rules across marketer personas.

  • Classifies your business type: local service, e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace, agency, etc.
  • Maps your sales cycle to a decision-making model — impulse vs. considered vs. long-negotiation
  • Identifies which marketing channels are structurally compatible with your business model
  • Flags mismatches early — e.g. premium positioning with a price-sensitive audience

Why this matters

Rule-based context means the AI downstream doesn't have to guess the basics. It already has structured, reliable inputs to work with.

03

Text Signal Extraction

Stage 3

The AI reads your free-text fields and extracts the marketing signals that matter most.

  • Primary goal — growth, retention, launch, brand awareness, or direct sales
  • Biggest blocker — what's actually stopping you right now
  • Differentiator — what sets you apart: price, speed, quality, niche expertise, or trust
  • Constraints — budget range, team size, banned channels, legal restrictions, or timeline pressure

Why this matters

Structured inputs tell us what your business is. Your own words tell us what it's up against — and that shapes everything downstream.

04

Audience Segment Generation

Stage 4

The core step. The AI creates 1–3 distinct, specific audience personas — not generic archetypes.

  • Demographics: age range, gender skew, location, and income tier
  • Behavioral interests: what they follow, consume, and care about
  • The specific problem your business solves for this person
  • The trigger: why they would act now rather than later
  • Segments differ by use case or buying trigger — not just surface-level demographics

Why this matters

Most personas fail because they're too broad. We force each segment to have a concrete trigger — a reason why they'd search for you today.

05

Quality Validation & Revision

Stage 5

Every draft goes through a multi-round quality gate before you see it.

  • 6 dimensions scored: completeness, business fit, goal fit, specificity, plausibility, and distinctness
  • If any dimension fails, the AI revises only the flagged segments — not the whole analysis
  • Minimum 2 revision rounds run on every submission
  • Up to 5 rounds maximum — the loop exits early at 85+ out of 100
  • The final score is surfaced in your report so you know exactly how reliable the output is

Why this matters

Without validation, AI outputs converge on generic. The revision loop forces specificity and catches outputs that sound plausible but don't fit your actual situation.

06

Channel Selection & Strategy

Stage 6

Each validated segment gets a channel recommendation and a short tactical plan.

  • 1–3 channels per segment — Instagram, Google Search, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email, etc.
  • Hard filtering rules: no cold outreach for B2C, no TikTok for 50+ audiences, no paid ads for zero-budget businesses
  • Optional live research checks real platform demographics in your target market
  • A 2–3 sentence strategy: what format to use, what message angle to lead with, what CTA fits
  • A channel fit score shows how well each recommendation matches the segment

Why this matters

Channel recommendations without audience data are guesses. We only assign channels after we know exactly who the segment is and what triggers their decision.

07

Final Report Assembly

Stage 7

Everything is packaged into the report you see on the results page.

  • Overall quality score = average of business fit, goal fit, and channel fit
  • Each segment includes: who they are, what they care about, where to reach them, and how
  • Notes surface any key tradeoffs or assumptions made during analysis
  • The full process typically completes in 2–3 minutes

Why this matters

Everything you need is inside the platform — explore your audience segments, review channel strategies, and start executing your go-to-market plan without leaving the dashboard.

What you get

Inside your report

Every analysis produces a structured report you can explore and act on directly inside the platform — no exports, no handoffs needed.

Audience Segments

1–3 detailed personas — demographics, interests, pain points, and the specific trigger that makes them act.

Channel Strategy

Platform recommendations matched to each segment's behavior, with format, message angle, and CTA direction.

Quality Scores

Transparent scores across 6 dimensions so you know exactly how reliable and specific your results are.

Actionable Assumptions

Every output surfaces its assumptions explicitly — so you know what to validate and what to trust.

Get better results

Tips before you submit

The quality of the output is directly tied to the quality of the input. These are the most common things that improve results.

01

Be specific about your niche

"Organic skincare for sensitive skin" → better than "beauty"

02

Fill in the free-text fields

The more context you give, the more tailored the output — especially goals and constraints

03

Mention your constraints honestly

Budget, team size, or channels you can't use — this avoids unrealistic suggestions

04

Include your location

Region-appropriate channels and language matter — TikTok skews differently in Germany vs. the US
